About me We’re living through a strange and uncertain time. Know that I am here to support you. Help is available. In my counselling practice, I believe in the transformative potential within each individual. I offer a safe haven for exploration and creative self-discovery. Whether you’re navigating through challenges or seeking personal growth, I will accompany you on your journey.I embrace all aspects of your experience – whether it’s distress, confusion, or pain, as well as joy, love, and self-acceptance. Together, we’ll cultivate a space free of judgment, where you can freely explore new perspectives and ways of expression. Through this partnership, you can uncover fresh insights and a deeper understanding of what it means to be human.I identify as a gay man and part of the queer, LGBTQ+ and GSRD communities. I have experience working with people of a range of gender identities and sexualities (in my private work and in the past with the LGBTQ+ mental health charity MindOut) and work towards an inclusive and anti-racist practice. I am a trans and nonbinary ally and a feminist. I am a humanistic counsellor and I work with Gestalt methods.
